Art repatriated from "CYB Yashumura Design Inc., a Young and Rubicam subsidiary" which charged the USPS $100,000. Then postmaster General Marvin T. Runyon intended to replace the Raymond Loewy design from 1970 as a "Clean break with our bureaucratic past".

I like our version better and would be pleased to donate this to the USPS if they like.
